Important Updates

If you already submitted a claim and obtained a claim ID, and you must submit additional documentation, please do so via this secure Dropbox here.

If you filed a late claim and were approved for compensation, you will receive a payment for an Initial Payment of $5,000 as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that payment requests are processed on an aggregate basis and that a delay may occur between the times when you receive a decision letter and when a payment (if any) is made to you. It may take approximately 8-10 weeks after your decision letter is issued to receive the payment.

If you submitted a late Category C claim and have not already submitted the required medical records to the Administrator and/or applied for disability benefits from VAC, you must submit your medical records to the Administrator and/or submit your application to VAC as soon as possible and in any event no later than August 31, 2023 in order to pursue an enhanced compensation claim under the Settlement.
